Change currency in RealtimeCRM

You can change the currency as per your organisation’s needs. Please note though that only user(s) with Administrator privilege can follow the steps below to change the currency settings:

  • Click on your Username in the top right corner
  • Select ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu
  • Next, click ‘Configuration’
  • Under the heading titled Currency click the drop down box to reveal the list of all available currencies and then select the appropriate one. In this example we will select US Dollars.
  • Your new currency will now be applied
