Profile settings
The ‘My Profile’ page in RealtimeCRM allows you to update your personal information including your name and email as well as re-ordering your list of Favourites and changing the default language of RealtimeCRM.
To reach your My Profile page simply
- Click on your Username and then click ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu
- This will take you automatically to your My Profile page allowing you to make various changes
- If you’re wanting to change your email address or add another email address then please see the following help article
Note: Please remember that your email address is also your login name so once changed you must use this new email address to get back into your account.
