Changing your Company details in RealtimeCRM is a quick and seamless process.
Click on your Username in the top right corner, a drop-down menu will appear. From the drop-down menu click ‘Settings and you will be taken to your ‘My Profile’ page.
On the left hand side you will see the ‘Company Information’ panel. Click on it and you will be taken to the Company Information page where you can change your Company name, Telephone number and trading address as well as other information, once you have made the relevant changes simply click the ‘update’ button and your new information will be incorporated across RealtimeCRM.
