Invoices from RealtimeCRM will be received by email, at the email address set by the Admin User when providing billing information.
You can update who receives this email by the following steps:
- Click on your Username on the top right and from the drop down menu select ‘Settings’
- Now click on the Billing panel and you should see a screen similar to this
- Click Update Email and then enter the new email and save it
- This will now be the email address that recieves your future invoices from RealtimeCRM
Note: Information displayed on past invoices cannot be changed. Any changes to your billing information will be reflected on all future invoices. .
