I’m unable login – Token has expired
Token has expired
When you first sign up to RealtimeCRM we will email you a link to sign into the app itself and set your password. But this link will only work for a certain time limit, once that time limit passes the token will expire and you will not be able to use that link to set up RealtimeCRM.
In order to access RealtimeCRM you should reset your password. To do this simply click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page and then follow the instructions on screen. A new link will be sent to your email account, once its in your inbox click on it and enter your new password and you should be back in RealtimeCRM.
The log in page isn’t loading
If you’re attempting to log into RealtimeCRM and are unable to with the login page failing to load with no sign that anything is wrong then please try clearing your browser cache and then try logging in again.
If you’re unsure of how to clear your browser cache then just look for your browser logo below and follow the instructions.
Google Chrome
- To clear the browser cache in Chrome click the ellipsis button in the top right in the top right then click ‘More Tools’ and then click ‘Clear Browsing Data’
- In the ‘Clear browsing data’ box, click the check boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete.
- Select the beginning of time to delete everything
- And finally click Clear browsing data
- Now reload the RealtimeCRM login page and log in as usual
Safari
- To clear the browser cache in Safari first look at the menu bar of your Mac or Macbook and click ‘Safari’
- Then select ‘Preferences’ and in the new window click on the ‘Advanced’ tab
- At the bottom of the Advanced tab is a check box named ‘Show Develop menu in menu bar’, click on the check box
- Now ‘Develop’ will appear on your menu bar simply click on it
- In the drop-down menu select ‘Empty Caches’
- Now reload the RealtimeCRM login page and log in as usual
Firefox
- To clear the browser cache in Firefox click the hamburger button and choose ‘History’ and select ‘Options’
- Now select Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to Cookes and Site Data and make sure to select ‘Cached web content’ and ‘Cookies and Site Data’
- Click Clear
- Now reload the RealtimeCRM login page and log in as usual
Microsoft Edge
- To clear the browser cache in Microsoft Edge press Ctrl-Shift-Delete
- A new dialog box should open, then simply click on the ‘Cookies and saved website data’ and ‘Cached data and files’ check boxes and if you wish to keep information relating to your list of favourites
- Then simply click the Clear button and your browser cache should be cleared
- Now reload the RealtimeCRM login page and log in as usual
