Adding a Product
A product is a good or service that you sell. You can list these in the ‘Products’ catalogue of RealtimeCRM including the sales price and the cost price. The cost price being naturally the total outlay required to produce a product or carry out a service.
Adding a Product
- Click on the ‘Products’ panel on the left hand sidebar
- Now click the Add product button
- A dialog box should now open wherein you can enter the name of your product including a short description, its sales price and cost price
- Once you’ve entered the relevant information simply click the blue ‘create’ button
- You will now be taken to your newly created Product record
