Customising your quotes

RealtimeCRM allows you to customise your quotes by setting a standard footer, email template and uploading your own logo that will appear by default on any quotes you send to your prospects.

Upload your company logo to your invoice template

You can upload your company logo so that it appears in every newly generated quote. Just upload it once and it’ll appear everytime.

  • Click on your username and then from the drop down menu select ‘Settings’
  • Next, click ‘Company Information’ and select the upload button
  • A dialog box will open enabling you to find and upload the desired logo image file
  • Finally, click the save button on the bottom of the page and your logo will be ready to use.

Add, edit or remove your quote defaults

To save you having to enter in your quote terms and your standard quote email text every time you send a quote you can store them in RealtimeCRM by creating templates. We’ll go through each one in turn but the process is the same.

Setting default quote terms
  • Click on your Username and select ‘Settings’
  • Next, click ‘Configuration’ and then scroll down to ‘Quote terms’ box
  • Here you can enter your standard terms and then click the save button at the bottom of the page
  • These terms will now automatically appear every time you generate a new quote, if you wish to change or delete your standard terms simply edit the text in the ‘Quote terms’ box and click the save button
Setting default quote email template
  • Click on your Username and select ‘Settings’
  • Next, click ‘Configuration’ and then scroll down to ‘Email body’ box
  • Here you can enter your standard email body text, furthermore you can use the following keywords to include quote specific values in your message. For example, {{quoteTotal}} – The total value of the quote
  • Now simply click the save button below and every time you generate a new quote this text will appear automatically in the quote email, you’ll be able to preview this before sending the quote email to verify you’re happy with the wording before sending
  • As before, if you wish to change or delete your email template simply edit the text in the ‘email body’ box and click the save button
