You can change your card details inside RealtimeCRM in a few easy steps. Please note though that you must be a system administrator in order to update your card information.
Changing your card details
- Click on your Username in the top right corner and from the drop-down menu select Settings
- You will then be taken to your ‘My Profile’ page, from there click the ‘Billing’ panel
- Once on the Billing page you will see your current payment profile, similar to the screenshot below
You should then click the Update card details button which will open the following dialog box
- You should then enter your new card details and click the Update button and your new card details will be saved in RealtimeCRM
