RealtimeCRM enables you to capture signatures against your tasks. So lets say you’ve got a team of engineers going on site to visit customers, once they’ve completed their work they can simply get the customer to sign off on their work there and then and it’ll be in RealtimeCRM.
This is great for later proof that the customer accepted the work.
Capture a customer’s signature against a task
In this example one of our engineers has a task to fix the boiler of a customer named Francis Bacon, once the boiler has been fixed the engineer will get Francis to sign off on the work.
- First click on the Tasks panel on the left hand sidebar then click through to the relevant Task record
- Now on the right hand side of the record in the ‘Signature’ box click Capture signature
- The signature pad box will open allowing the customer to use their finger or a pen to sign off on the work. If you want to clear the signature pad and redo your signature simply click the ‘Clear’ button
- Once the signature is complete simply click ‘Save’
